In an LPG plant safety factor is strictly considered for the safe working places and safe environment. When LP Gas is imported by the ship tankers from other places, safety factor is an important matter during releasing the LP Gas from the ship vessel by pipeline to the LPG plant, all the work done very safely. Some rules and regulations are imparted during releasing LP Gas from the ship. Some physical parameter, such as density of gas, pressure, temperature, propane and butane mixture etc, are measured. Without maintaining the regulations, pipeline should be damaged. During storing LPG in the storage tank in LPG plant, Pressure and Temperature controlling is an important factor. If the gas rise during bottling above the allowable level, it should be very dangerous for the workers as well as for the whole plant in this place safety procedures must be taken. Before bottling the LP Gas, the bottle should be tested and expiry date must be taken into consideration. Finally for distributing LPG in the market, transportation safety must be required.
